Campus fully permitted for 1.2 GW. Nscale has deployed over 12,600 Blackwell Ultra GPUs for Microsoft in the first building and is investing €465M in a second 200 MW building for 66,000+ Rubin GPUs from late 2027. No current MW figure verified.
Current and planned figures may use different power bases. Planned power is the end state, not additional capacity to add to the current figure. An unspecified basis remains unknown. A figure marked est rests on at least one source other than the operator’s own announcement.

Each link names its recorded relationship. Sharing a source does not establish that a contract funds this site; a lab reference does not assign the site’s whole capacity to that lab.
