Tranche 1 of a Hut 8–Anthropic–Fluidstack partnership of at least 245 MW and up to 2,295 MW: 245 MW of IT capacity (330 MW utility) at River Bend, a right of first offer on up to 1,000 MW more IT capacity at River Bend, and up to 1,050 MW optional at other Hut 8 sites. Planned figure is the firm tranche only. May overlap Anthropic’s $50B Fluidstack program (Texas and New York rows).
