Capacity, evidence and review methodology
IT load powers computing equipment; campus / facility power also covers overhead. Installed power supply describes generation capacity. Unspecified remains unknown. The power-basis filter matches either recorded capacity field, while sorting uses only each field’s matching basis. No progress percentage or mixed-basis sum is implied.
Capacity evidence dates are the publication dates of all retained claims for current or planned capacity. They are not observations, verified completion dates or the date of the newest unrelated status story. Details keeps each claim and its source date, including conflicting or older claims. “est” marks an estimated or secondary-source claim.
Cluster ledger evidence retained through 2026-10-25. Partial review on Oct 25: ten campuses were added from operator announcements and the Epoch AI tracker, every site's target date for its planned capacity or next stated phase was recorded with its source, and Project Rainier's live capacity was re-read from the tracker's Oct 19 update. The complete review of Oct 14 stands for every other figure. Still open: Colossus 2's first-power month (tracker estimate pending the SpaceX S-1), whether HUMAIN's NVIDIA capacity is live (secondary report only) and which campuses host the Fluidstack builds. Multi-site programs may overlap named campuses and are separate entries.
Select 2–4 campuses or programs to compare capacities, measurement bases and dated sources side by side.
Cloud capacity, chip, lease and power contracts appear in the compute deals ledger.
When the campuses come online
Announcement, first power and the target date for each site’s next stated phase or planned capacity. Targets are plans, not completions; est marks a date from a tracker or report rather than the operator.

Latest companywide capex guidance
These are company plans, not reported actual spending or AI-only budgets. Ranges remain visible; the chart uses their midpoints. Oracle’s FY27 runs June 2026–May 2027 and occupies the chart’s 2026 group. Reported so far adds the quarters each company has published inside its guidance period, on one printed line item; where that line is on a different basis from the guidance, the two are not comparable.

AMD and Broadcom: last 5 quarters and sources
Figures as each release prints them, checked 2026-10-25. Broadcom gives no quarterly AI figure in some releases, and one as a floor (“over $4.4 billion”); those quarters are never backed out of annual totals. AMD’s 2025 resegmentation merged only Client and Gaming, so its Data Center series is continuous. Every quarter back to 2023, with its source, is in /financials.json; NVIDIA’s are in the chart above.
Company notes, accounting definitions and sources
- Amazon · CY2026 cash capex ~$220B, raised from ~$200B as memory costs increased (Amazon’s Q2 call recording; Amazon publishes no transcript). Cash capex is net of proceeds and incentives, while 2023–2025 are gross purchases of property and equipment (net: $48.1B / $77.7B / $128.3B). Companywide spending, not AI-only. Company source (2026-07-30) Review: 2026-10-14.
- Microsoft · CY2026 ~$175B including finance leases; reduced from $190B due to operating-lease reclassification, with underlying investment expectations unchanged. Company source (2026-07-29) Review: 2026-10-14.
- Alphabet · 2026 guidance $195–205B midpoint, raised from $180–190B as capacity delivery accelerated. Company source (2026-07-22) Review: 2026-10-14.
- Meta · 2026 guidance $135–145B midpoint (Q3 release, narrowed from $130–145B), including principal payments on finance leases. Company source (2026-10-21) Review: 2026-10-25.
- Oracle · Oracle’s Q4 FY26 earnings slides (June 10, slide 15): ~$70B FY27 net cash outlay for capex, Oracle’s non-GAAP measure net of capex-related financing and customer prepayments. The ~$90–95B gross figure rests on secondary reports of the June 10 call. Prior years are gross capex (Oracle’s own net cash outlay: FY25 $19.8B, FY26 $47.7B). Fiscal years June–May mapped to prior calendar year. Company source (2026-06-10) Review: 2026-10-15.
FY27 Q1 reported free cash flow was −$5.396B; gross capex was $28.499B versus $17.966B net cash outlay after financing and customer prepayments. Quarterly results (2026-09-10).
FY27 funding plan: approximately $40B across debt and equity; $20B of common-stock sales completed in Q1. The announced plan did not anticipate additional debt issuance during calendar 2026. Funding plan.
- NVIDIA · Next-quarter guidance is approximately $108B in total-company revenue, assuming zero China data-center compute revenue. It is not guidance for the data-center segment. Annualizing the latest reported data-center quarter multiplies that quarter by four; it is not a forecast. Latest release (2026-08-26). Review: 2026-10-14.
